The catalog coil or terminal is wrong for the panel. Send the PDF, STEP or a sample. We mark that file, then build the revision on CJX2, WTM, WTSP or ATS.
The catalog page is not your drawing
The catalog coil is 220 V AC. Your control circuit is 24 V DC. The terminal pitch does not match the harness. OEM is that job. You keep the drawing. We change coil, contacts and terminals on the current frame when the outline allows it.
Typical platforms are CJX2 / CJX2-Z contactors, WTM7-63 and WTM1-250 breakers, WTSP-A40 / WTSP-D40 SPD and ATS. If the frame cannot take the rating, the first review says so. We do not force a catalog SKU onto a file it cannot meet. The approved revision then gets a sample, a datasheet and the lot papers in the same shipment.

What the drawing asks, and how we handle it
OEM starts when a catalog rating or a mechanical interface will not drop into your panel. Each row is a job we see on CJX2, WTM, WTSP and ATS files.

Mark the file, then build that revision
The drawing stays the master. We do not start a sample until the deviation list is closed or you accept the listed stops.

Send the file
PDF, STEP or a photo of the sample, plus coil voltage, contact map, annual quantity and destination. We say what the current frame can take.

Marked drawing
Coil, contacts, creepage and outline are checked against your file. You get a marked drawing or a short deviation list before any sample is cut.

Sample on that revision
The sample follows the marked file, not the catalog page. Photos and a short test note ship with the units. Selected catalog-based OEM units can go out in 7 days.

Lock the lot
The approved revision locks the work order. Production is usually 20 to 35 working days. Datasheet, COA and COC go out with the carton.
