PV strings need DC-rated breakers, fuses and SPD. WTM7-63 covers 250V DC / 63A. WTM1-250 covers 250A at DC 1500V. Do not put an AC MCB on the string.
On the DC side: WTDS-32 10x38mm fuse (32A, IEC 60269) per string, WTM7-63 DC MCB in the combiner when the bus is 250V DC, WTM1-250 4P DC MCCB (250A, DC 1500V or less, IEC 60947-2) when the array is 1500V class.
WTSP-D40 is the DC SPD.
MC4-T / MC4-Y branch connectors join strings.
On the inverter AC output use WTSP-A40 and an AC breaker.
CJX2-4011Z (40A DC contactor) is for DC switching on storage or DC loads — not a 1500V string isolator.
Use the voltage on the string drawing. 250V DC and 1500V DC are different SKUs in this catalog.

WTSP-D40 is the DC SPD for PV / DC circuits. Put it at the combiner. On the inverter AC output use WTSP-A40, not the DC module.
MC4-T / MC4-Y branch connectors join strings ahead of the combiner. CJX2-4011Z 40A DC contactor is for DC load or storage switching, not for 1500V string isolation.

250V DC combiners and 1500V arrays do not share the same breaker.
