CJX2K-12 AC Contactor 12A IEC/UL
The CJX2K-12 carries 12A in AC-3 duty at 380V on the same 20A thermal frame as the 9A model, which makes it the direct upgrade when a motor rating steps up without changing the panel footprint.
Current and Voltage
Rated operational current is 12A AC-3 at 380V and 10A at 660V, on 20A agreed heating current. Rated working voltage is 380/660V, rated insulation voltage 690V.
Coil and Control Circuit
AC coils are offered in 12V, 24V, 48V, 110V, 220V and 380V. Pull-in range is 0.85 to 1.1 times rated control voltage, release between 0.2 and 0.75 times. Inrush 40VA, holding 4VA, dissipation 1.2W, pull-in 6 to 18ms and release 5 to 12ms.
Life and Auxiliary Contact
Electrical life is 500,000 AC-3 operations at up to 1200 per hour and 100,000 AC-4 operations at 300 per hour, with 10 million mechanical operations. The auxiliary contact carries 5A conventional thermal current and 500,000 AC electrical operations.
Where the 12A Frame Fits
This size covers small pumps, compressors and ventilation motors up to 12A AC-3 at 380V, and replaces the 9A model without redrilling when a duty point moves up. Tell us the motor rating, coil voltage and auxiliary contact count and we will confirm the model.
