CJX2K-09 AC Contactor 9A IEC/UL
The CJX2K-09 sits one rating above the 6A frame and carries 9A in AC-3 duty at 380V, which is the size most panel builders use for small three phase motors and fan circuits. Thermal current steps up to 20A.
Current and Voltage
Rated operational current is 9A AC-3 at 380V and 7.5A at 660V, on 20A agreed heating current. Rated working voltage is 380/660V and rated insulation voltage 690V.
Coil and Control Circuit
AC coils cover 12V, 24V, 48V, 110V, 220V and 380V. Pull-in range is 0.85 to 1.1 times rated control voltage and release falls between 0.2 and 0.75 times. Inrush is 40VA, holding 4VA, dissipation 1.2W, with 6 to 18ms pull-in and 5 to 12ms release.
Life and Auxiliary Contact
AC-3 electrical life is 500,000 operations at up to 1200 per hour, AC-4 life is 100,000 operations at 300 per hour, and mechanical life is 10 million. The auxiliary contact is rated 5A conventional thermal current and 500,000 AC operations.
