WTH8-40M Manual Household Modular Contactor 40A

The WTH8-40M is the 40A manual modular contactor on the wider 63A frame, with a lever for local switching plus a coil for automatic control.

Manual Lever

AC-7a rating is 40A with 9kW at 250V and 15kW at 400V. AC-7b motor duty is 18A with 4kW at 250V and 6kW at 400V. Conventional thermal current is 63A.

Current Ratings

Rated insulation voltage is 500V, operating voltage 250V for two pole and 400V for four pole. At 230V the 2 pole coil draws 4.1VA holding and 31VA inrush, the 4 pole 7VA and 48VA.

Coil and Control Power

Electrical life is 80,000 operations and mechanical life 1 million. Control wire is 1.5 to 2.5mm2. Power terminals take 6 to 16mm2 with 14mm strip length and 3.5 Nm torque on this frame.
