Rated current: CJX2-8011 AC Contactor 80A, rated 80A at AC-3 380/400V and 49A at 660/690V, with 95A thermal current.

Motor power: 37kW at 380/400V, 22kW at 220V and 45kW at 660V.

Contact arrangement: Three main poles plus one NO and one NC auxiliary contact, 10A at AC-15 380V and DC-13 220V.

Coil: AC 36V, 110V, 127V, 220V or 380V, 200VA closing and 20VA holding, 6W to 10W coil loss.

Service life: 600,000 AC-3 and 100,000 AC-4 electrical operations, 6 million mechanical, 600 times per hour.

CJX2-8011 AC Contactor 80A for 37kW Motor Starting

At 80A the CJX2-8011 is built for 37kW three-phase motors at 380/400V and for the cable sizes that come with them. Three main poles carry the load, and the NO plus NC auxiliary pair handles control and status signals.

Current Ratings

AC-3 rating is 80A at 380/400V and 49A at 660/690V, with a 95A thermal frame. AC-4 rating is 37A at 380V and 17.3A at 660V, which leaves margin for plugging duty on compressors and crushers.

Auxiliary and Control

The auxiliary contacts are rated 10A thermal at AC-15 380V and DC-13 220V, with 360VA AC-15 control capacity. Motor ratings are 22kW at 220V, 37kW at 380/400V and 45kW at 660V.

Coil Loading

Coil voltages run AC 36V, 110V, 127V, 220V and 380V. Closing power is 200VA, holding power 20VA and coil loss 6W to 10W, with pick-up at 85% to 110% Us and drop-out between 20% and 75% Us.

Life Expectancy and Parts
