CJX2-D205 High Ampere AC Contactor 205A
The CJX2-D205 is the first of the wide D frames, moving to a 168.5 x 174 x 184 mm housing and 4.6kg. It carries 205A on a 275A thermal frame and takes 150mm² cable, the step where panel builders switch from cable lugs to busbar adapters.
Power Range
Motor duty reaches 63kW at 220/240V, 110kW at 380/400V and 400V, and 129kW at 600/690V. The 1000V rating is 100kW. This is the usual contactor for 110kW compressors and large centrifugal pumps.
Heavy Duty
Inching and plugging ratings are 25kW at 200/230V, 45kW at 380/400V, 51kW at 440V and 59kW at 500V. The wide frame carries a larger arc chute, which is why the heavy duty numbers stay high at this size.
Terminals and Mounting
Power terminals accept 150mm² cable through three connection points. Weight is 4.6kg, and the mounting pattern changes to the wide D frame at 106 to 120mm guide spacing.
Coil Options
Coils are available in AC 50 Hz 24V, 42V, 48V, 110V, 240V, 400V and 440V, AC 60 Hz in the same steps, and DC 24V, 42V, 48V, 72V, 240V, 250V and 440V. Send the motor rating and coil code and we will confirm the model.
