Rated current: CJX2-5011 AC Contactor 50A, rated 50A at AC-3 380/400V and 39A at 660/690V, with 80A thermal current.

Motor power: 22kW at 380/400V, 15kW at 220V and 33kW at 660V for three-phase motors.

Contact arrangement: Three main poles plus one NO and one NC auxiliary contact, 10A at AC-15 380V and DC-13 220V.

Coil: AC 36V, 110V, 127V, 220V or 380V, 200VA closing and 20VA holding, 6W to 10W coil loss.

Service life: 800,000 AC-3 and 150,000 AC-4 electrical operations, 8 million mechanical, 600 times per hour.

CJX2-5011 AC Contactor 50A for 22kW Motor Loads

The CJX2-5011 sits in the upper half of the CJX2 range, where motors from 22kW upwards need a wider contact gap and heavier coil. It carries three main poles with one NO and one NC auxiliary contact for control and feedback.

Contact Set

AC-3 rating is 50A at 380/400V and 39A at 660/690V, on an 80A thermal frame. AC-4 rating is 24A at 380V and 12A at 660V, which covers plugging and inching duty on fans and mixers.

Duty Ratings

Motor ratings are 15kW at 220V, 22kW at 380/400V and 33kW at 660V. Insulation voltage is 690V and wiring capacity 16mm², so the frame takes cable sizes used in main distribution panels.

Coil and Auxiliary

Coil options run AC 36V, 110V, 127V, 220V and 380V. Closing power is 200VA, holding power 20VA and coil loss 6W to 10W. The auxiliary pair is rated 10A at AC-15 380V and DC-13 220V, with 360VA control capacity.

Life and Matching Parts
