CJX2-D410 High Ampere AC Contactor 410A
The CJX2-D410 is the largest of the standard D frames we stock, at 410A rated and 500A thermal. It shares the 213 x 206 x 219 mm housing with the D300 but carries twin cable terminals to handle the current.
Motor Range
Normal duty covers 110kW at 220/240V, 220kW at 380/400V, 250kW at 400V and 500V, and 280kW at 600/690V. At 1000V the rating is 185kW. This suits 200kW and 220kW motors on mains panels.
Heavy Duty
Inching and plugging duty is rated 40kW at 200/230V, 75kW at 380/400V, 80kW at 440V and 90kW at 500V. The 500A thermal frame gives a wide margin for continuous full load operation.
Terminals and Weight
Power terminals are arranged as twin connections per pole, sized for the cable pairs used above 400A. Weight is 8.5kg in the large D housing, so plan a mounting plate rather than a DIN rail.
Coil Options
Control voltages are ordered by coil code: AC 50 Hz 24V, 42V, 48V, 110V, 240V, 400V and 440V, AC 60 Hz in the same steps, and DC 24V, 42V, 48V, 72V, 240V, 250V and 440V. Tell us the motor rating and coil code and we will confirm the model.
