CJX2-D245 High Ampere AC Contactor 245A
The CJX2-D245 carries 245A and a 315A thermal current in a 4.7kg frame. It takes 185mm² cable and reaches 132kW at 380/400V, which places it in the range where a single contactor replaces a star delta pair in many panels.
Motor Range
Normal duty covers 75kW at 220/240V, 132kW at 380/400V, 135kW at 400V and 160kW at 500V and 600/690V. At 1000V the rating is 147kW.
Heavy Duty
Inching and plugging duty is rated 30kW at 200/230V, 55kW at 380/400V, 63kW at 440V and 75kW at 500V. The 315A thermal frame keeps the contact temperature low when the load runs close to rating.
Wiring and Space
Terminals accept 185mm² cable over four connection points. The body measures 168.5 x 197 x 181 mm and weighs 4.7kg, so it shares the wide D frame footprint with the D205 and D300.

Control circuit voltage is ordered by coil code: AC 50 Hz 24V, 42V, 48V, 110V, 240V, 400V and 440V, AC 60 Hz in the same steps, DC 24V, 42V, 48V, 72V, 240V, 250V and 440V. Tell us the motor rating and coil code and we will confirm the model.
