Rated current: CJX2-6511 3 Pole AC Contactor 65A, rated 65A at AC-3 380/400V and 42A at 660/690V, 80A thermal current.

Motor power: 30kW at 380/400V, 18.5kW at 220V and 37kW at 660V.

Contact arrangement: Three main poles plus one NO and one NC auxiliary contact, 10A at AC-15 380V and DC-13 220V.

Coil: AC 36V, 110V, 127V, 220V or 380V, 200VA closing and 20VA holding, 6W to 10W coil loss.

Service life: 800,000 AC-3 and 150,000 AC-4 electrical operations, 8 million mechanical, 600 times per hour.

CJX2-6511 3 Pole AC Contactor 65A for 30kW Motor Control

The CJX2-6511 is the 65A frame of the CJX2 line, built with three main poles and a NO plus NC auxiliary pair. It is the usual choice where a 30kW motor at 380/400V is started direct on line inside a main panel.

Main Pole Rating

AC-3 rating reaches 65A at 380/400V and 42A at 660/690V, with an 80A thermal current behind the contacts. AC-4 rating is 28A at 380V and 14A at 660V for plugging and inching duty.

Auxiliary Contacts

Two auxiliary contacts, one NO and one NC, are rated 10A thermal at AC-15 380V and DC-13 220V with 360VA control capacity. They support seal-in circuits, interlocking between contactors and lamp indication.

Coil Data

Coil voltages cover AC 36V, 110V, 127V, 220V and 380V. Closing power is 200VA and holding power 20VA, with 6W to 10W loss and pick-up at 85% to 110% Us.

Service Life and Wiring
