CJX2-D115 High Ampere AC Contactor 115A
The CJX2-D115 opens the D series, the high ampere line that takes over where the CJX2-95 frame stops. At 115A rated and 200A thermal it carries currents that would otherwise need a bar connection, while the body stays at 2.25kg.
Current and Motor Sizes
Rated current is 115A with a 200A thermal frame. Normal motor duty reaches 30kW at 220/240V, 55kW at 380/400V, 80kW at 600/690V and 75kW at 1000V, which covers most 50 to 60kW pumps and compressors.
Heavy Duty Rating
For inching, plugging and reversing duty the frame is rated 9kW at 200/230V, 18.5kW at 380/400V and 30kW at 500V. That margin lets the contactor break locked rotor current without shortening contact life.
Terminals and Space
The power terminals accept 120mm² cable, so the contactor matches the cable sizes used on the load side of a distribution panel. The body measures 132 x 120 x 158 mm and weighs 2.25kg, which keeps the panel footprint close to the smaller CJX2 frames.
Coil Options
Control circuit voltage is ordered by coil code: AC 50 Hz at 24V, 42V, 48V, 110V, 240V, 400V and 440V, AC 60 Hz in the same steps, and DC at 24V, 42V, 48V, 72V, 240V, 250V and 440V. Tell us the motor rating and coil code and we will confirm the model.
