CJX2-D150 High Ampere AC Contactor 150A
The CJX2-D150 delivers 150A in the same 132 x 120 x 158 mm body as the 115A model, so a panel designed around the smaller D frame can move up one rating without new mounting holes. Rated thermal current is 220A.
Capacity
Normal motor duty is 40kW at 220/240V, 75kW at 380/400V, 80kW at 400V and 100kW at 600/690V, with 90kW available at 1000V. This is the size used for 75kW drives on water pumps and screw compressors.
Duty Range
Inching and plugging duty is rated 11kW at 200/230V, 22kW at 380/400V and 37kW at 500V. The 220A thermal frame leaves headroom over the 150A rating for continuous load.
Wiring
Power terminals take 120mm² cable, matching the copper used on 150A feeders. Weight and body size are identical to the D115, so a panel built for the 115A rating accepts the 150A model without new mounting holes.

Coils are ordered by code: AC 50 Hz 24V, 42V, 48V, 110V, 240V, 400V and 440V, AC 60 Hz in the same steps, DC 24V, 42V, 48V, 72V, 240V, 250V and 440V. Send the motor rating and coil code and we will confirm the model.
