CJX2-F115 High Ampere AC Contactor 115A
The CJX2-F115 is the entry size of the F series, the frame that takes over from the CJX2-D range at 115A. It holds 200A conventional thermal current and 55kW motor rating at 380/400V, with NT1 fuses as the matching short circuit protection.
Current Data
Rated operational current is 115A in AC-3 duty at 380/400V and 86A at 660/690V. Conventional thermal current in AC-1 duty is 200A, which is the figure to use when the contactor switches resistive or lightly inductive loads.
Motor Capacity
For three-phase cage motors the frame is rated 55kW at 380/400V and 80kW at 660/690V. That covers 55kW pumps, compressors and fans on 400V networks and the equivalent load on 690V systems.
Life and Duty
Electrical life reaches 1.2 million operations at AC-3, mechanical life 10 million, and the frame allows 1200 operations per hour. This is the point where the F series sits above the smaller CJX2 frames in both current and endurance.
Terminals and Protection
