CJX2-F185 High Ampere AC Contactor 185A
The CJX2-F185 moves the F series to a 275A thermal frame and a 90kW motor rating at 380/400V. From this size the frame takes NT2 fuses and the operating rate drops to 600 cycles per hour, which matches the duty of heavier machinery.
Current Data
AC-3 rated operational current is 185A at 380/400V and 118A at 660/690V. Conventional thermal current in AC-1 duty is 275A.
Motor Capacity
Three-phase cage motors are rated 90kW at 380/400V and 110kW at 660/690V, which covers 90kW compressors, crushers and main hoist drives.
Life and Duty
Electrical life is 1 million AC-3 operations and mechanical life 6 million, at up to 600 operations per hour. The lower cycle rate reflects the inertia and starting current of the loads this frame handles.
Terminals and Protection
