WTH8-16M Manual Household Modular Contactor 16A
The WTH8-16M is the 16A manual version of the modular range: a lever on the front lets the contactor be switched on and off by hand, without coil power, while the coil still operates it in normal service. That makes it useful for maintenance isolation without pulling fuses.
Manual Lever
In AC-7a duty the rating is 16A with 3.5kW at 250V and 6kW at 400V. In AC-7b motor duty it is 6A with 1.4kW at 250V and 2.2kW at 400V. Conventional thermal current is 25A.
Current Ratings
Rated insulation voltage is 500V, and operating voltage is 250V for two pole and 400V for four pole versions. Control power at 230V is 2.8VA holding and 11.5VA inrush on the 2 pole unit, 4.1VA and 31VA on the 4 pole unit.
Coil and Control Power
Electrical life is 80,000 operations and mechanical life 1 million. Control wire is 1.5 to 2.5mm2 with 9mm strip length, and power terminals take 1.5 to 4mm2 at 0.8 Nm for this frame.
