WTH8-63 Household Modular Contactor 63A
The WTH8-63 is the top size of the WTH8 modular range, carrying 63A in AC-1 and AC-7a duty with 12kW at 230V and 40kW at 400V. It is the model used where a modular contactor has to switch a feeder rather than a single load.
Current Ratings
AC-1 and AC-7a rating is 63A, and conventional thermal current is 63A for the whole frame. Motor duty, AC-3 and AC-7b, is rated 20A with 4kW at 230V and 11kW at 400V.
Coil Operation
The contactor is coil operated, with no manual lever, which is the difference from the WTH8-63M. Rated insulation voltage is 500V, operating voltage 250V for two pole and 400V for four pole versions.
Module Width and Mounting
The 63A frame is 36mm wide in the 2 pole version and 54mm in the 4 pole version, 85mm long and 66.5mm high.
