WTS1 Loop Delay Relay for Repeated Timing Cycles in Control Panels
The WTS1 is a loop delay relay: it runs a repeating timing cycle and switches its output at the end of each one. The delay is set on the front face with a range knob and a percentage knob, so an operator reads and changes the time without a laptop or a manual.
Two Knobs Instead of a Long Dial
The range knob picks the decade, from tenths of a second up to days, and the percentage knob trims the time inside that decade. That gives the whole 0.1 second to 10 day span on one 18mm face, with setting accuracy of 10% and repeat accuracy of 0.2%, so the tenth cycle runs as close as the first.
One Supply for AC and DC Panels
The supply terminals A1 and A2 take AC or DC from 12V to 240V, which means one stock item serves a 24V DC control panel and a 230V AC board. Power draw is 0.09 to 3VA on AC and 0.05 to 1.7W on DC, and the 12-240V input saves keeping separate AC and DC versions on the shelf.
Output Contact and the S Terminal
The output is a single changeover contact on terminals 15, 16 and 18, rated 16A thermal current and 250V 5A under AC-15, which is enough for a contactor coil, a pump starter or a lamp circuit. The S terminal takes the external control signal, and the red LED shows the state of the output relay while the green LED shows the supply.
Fitting It in the Panel
The body is 18mm wide and 90mm deep, so it takes one module position on a 35mm rail. Terminals accept one 2.5mm² or two 1.5mm² conductors at 0.4N·m, and the relay is rated for -20°C to +55°C at IP20. The two-contact version of the same module is the WTS2. Send your cycle time, supply voltage and quantity to WTAIELE for a quote.
